about.
A property branding project encompassing logo design and layout of an Offering Memorandum. 400 Wood Road is located in Braintree, MA. The brand and marketing collateral aimed to showcase the brand new construction and engineering of the building while reflecting the innovative nature of the environment.

challenge.
The challenge in this project was to create a brand that matched the quality of the provided imagery and building itself, while not competing with it and existing seamlessly to let the building sell itself. Although Braintree is not the most logical place for a building in this class, the varied amenities, highway access, and in-place tenants provided a stable story to tell throughout the OM to support the quality construction and pristine property condition.

results.
The custom logo treatment utilized zeros as the letter O in the property name and the right-most arm of the W doubled as the arm of the number 4. Using this treatment creates a visually capturing logo, and also speaks to the notion of the seamless manufacturing and high end build processes happening within the building itself. Keeping with a modern sans-serif also adds to the feeling of modern quality. The Complimentary dark and light blue color pallet are pulled from the building imagery and again seem to exist all together naturally and does not draw attention away from the subject at all.
