At the time Arsenal on the Charles was one of the largest commercial real estate sales, both in SF and Price, in the immediate Boston Suburbs in recent years. An 11 Building campus, situated in Watertown, the project was a large effort from both a sales and marketing perspective.

The Challenge in creating the materials for this single property lie in the sheer amount of data that must be laid out for all 11 buildings on site. To create complete consistent summaries for each while remaining engaging was the largest hurdle.
result.
Precision and focus were the name of the game. Where a large portfolio you may expect slight variances from building to building, having one single property with this many buildings there was a different expectation for exactness and complete mirrored sections for each. Utilizing a grid layout helped to remain organized yet flexible in the display of each building.
